Terms of Service

Other Conditions:

  • Price Basis: The above prices are Inclusive of all taxes & duties, P & F and Transportation up to our Jaipur site office.
  • Terms of Payment: 50% payment in advance against Proforma Invoice and balance within 2-3 days after delivery.
  • Mode of Dispatch: By Road
  • Prices shall remain firm till the validity of the contract and shall not admit any escalation whatsoever.
  • Part Shipment: Applicable.
  • Dispatch Instructions: To be dispatched to the following address duly properly packed to avoid damages during transit.
  • Unloading of Material at Site: Unloading of material will be done at our office between 9A.M to 5.30PM.Only No material will be unloaded in the office on Sundays and Holidays.
  • Transit Insurance: to your account.
  • Test Certificate/Warranty Certificate: Warranty certificates, Brochers, Technical details to be provided along with the shipment if applicable.
  • Quantities: Variance in quantities are not allowed
  • Warranty: As per Manufacturer standard.
  • Force Majeure Clause Not Applicable
  • Liquidated Damages: Not Applicable

  • Documentation: The Tax Invoice and Delivery Challan should be sent in duplicate. The duplicate copy of the Tax Invoice and Delivery Challan should be sent directly to the Corporate Office marking to Attention as per Field 09, above.
  • Our Transporter: Please dispatch material through any reliable transporter.
  • P.O.NO. PO No should be mentioned in all your Invoices, Delivery Challans & Invoices.
